Returns Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Please review the following guidelines carefully before requesting a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned only if they are unused, in brand-new condition, and include all original packaging.
  • Items that cannot be resold, as well as special-order or custom-made products, are not eligible for return.
  • All return requests must be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date.
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days, under any circumstances.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in both directions, unless the return is approved by OSW Performance due to an error on our part.
  • Most products ship directly from the manufacturer. If a package is returned to OSW Performance:
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • A restocking fee may apply if the item is not reshipped.
  • Any applicable return shipping and restocking fees must be paid at the time the return request is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us immediately.
  2. Please do not dispose of the item or any original packaging and boxes.
  3. Provide a detailed list of damaged or missing items.

Once we receive this information, OSW Performance will contact the shipping carrier and arrange a pickup if necessary.

⚠️ Do not return any item without written approval from OSW Performance.

After the product is returned and inspected, we will issue a replacement or store credit, as appropriate.
